This is a great book, very inspiring, it gives you the tools to realize where are your weaknesses, it does not give you the answer or solution for your own flaws as leader but it'll guide you through the path of finding out by yourself.
I had the great opportunity to meet Justin in a 3-day Seminar, when I arrived the first day, I really thought that it was worthless to attend because in my mind I was a great leader, and throughout the course and guidance I realize that I was not even close to the leader I wanted to be.
