Great cinematography. But at 3 hours, it feels like the story never starts. There is minimal character development, disjointed stories, which I'm sure come together at some point in the "saga". But again, it was 3 hours and not much of anything happens, nothing to bring you back.
They end with teasers of what's to come, like a TV show, I guess that's because they couldn't edit a compelling ending to this installment.
I enjoy Kevin Costner, but I think he missed on this one.
