Wow. Just…wow. I was excited for this. In fact, I was VERY excited for this. But this show flat out sucked. There was not one episode that I found mildly clever or solid. The jokes were not funny and all of them felt forced, the acting was terrible, the characters were somehow worse, and the ending was so stupid. I expected more from Kasdan, considering his Dad was one of the greatest movie writers ever, but this was garbage. And so many questions followed my viewing of this show. Why do they play rock and roll music at the end of every episode? Why do most of the characters have American accents? Why is so much modern-day slang used in a medieval-esque program? Why is Willow not the main character in his own show? All of these and more. Can we please stop with this woke nonsense? It’s so over-the-top and such an eye-roller at this point. There’ll obviously be a season 2, but I doubt I’ll be watching it. All I know is, LucasFilm seriously fumbled the bag on this one.
