I see so many people complaining about wait times, I've been in a match in under 2 minutes all day, even playing as the predator. He is definitely not weak compared to the fire team if you play it right. They hunt, not tank, so you have to pick them off and move. I've played on both sides multiple times and both have fun, getting your mission done and avoid the predator is fun, killing the predator is fun, hell getting killed is fun. Tons of throw backs and there are some unique gameplay feel. Like when playing as predator and you get close to the fireteam you can hear their team speak, get far away and you cant. I think most people that can't win as predator are playing it wrong and don't know or have not worked through the tutorial to teach them mechanics on how to play.
