I'm concerned over Whoopi's outbursts and rantings. Normally, those can be hilarious or sarcastic. Lately, her rants are confusing. Is she suffering from initial stages of dementia? For a brittle diabetic like her, she may be I'll and not know it.

Perhaps the shortage of processing chips is a result of the Chinese using them for their supersonic missiles and other weapons. Just saying.
