The game is fun for casual players. No more than a couple hours of fun at a time. When I play this game past 2 hours, it turns into an mmo grinding for coin.
If you love looter shooters and customizing builds, you will find this part of the game somewhat interesting. (It's actually the only reason I still play this game) You can create a build with any cards you have. This is the coolest part of the game. But I think they screwed themselves over on how to unlock them.
Did Turtle Something not learn from EA history, the company that got the biggest backlash from their random card system? Why are their cards to begin with? Just give me a list of skills to unlock at a certain level or feat achievement. I want to unlock skills to create a build, and not spend my support something coin on dumb looking cosmetics because those coins are annoying to get when you're playing with random players that can't kill more than 30 ridden a round.
One thing that really annoys me is that, you can't play your full build. Why tease me with all these interesting cards when I can't even use them all? At the start of the act, you get 2 cards and then a single card after every level. Your build isn't really in motion until half way into the act. Until then, you better hope for good guns and attachments cus that is random also. Yeah, lots of random things going on in this game.
Random cards, random guns, random attachments, random zombies flanking you from a flank you know you cleared, random players, random shop and probably a bunch of other random things.

Thanks Turtle company, but I think I'll stick with Tripwires Killing Floor. The shop and skill unlocks aren't random there.
