I love this movie. At first I thought it was stupid but the scenes of the baby taking over the entire house had too much truth in reality to not laugh over. You could totally sympathize with Tim, I HATED that baby's guts right along with him. Then as you see the characters progress and have to work together against a common enemy despite hating each other, and you see they start caring about each other's feelings, it is heartwarming to watch. I felt like they were real characters despite the ridiculous and silly plotline, and it was an interesting mix, to see a 7 year old boy with a wild imagination helping a business man type person who still had some child left in him. Even though the ending was predictable, it was a perfect ending that left the soul extremely satisfied and full of meaning. I was surprised how good this movie was, because I really didn't have any interest to even watch it in the beginning. But by the end I was so hooked I watched it an additional 2 times to show my siblings. I really connected with Tim on a personal level and I can't get the two out of my head even just throughout the day. It's a message that sticks with you, even throughout the ridiculous absurd plot. I would even say it's my favorite movie I've seen of this year.
