I absolutely loved this book! I actually bought the audible version and listened to it as well. Whether you read it or listen this book is sure to bless you. Michelle uses her fun and humorous personality to tackle such a serious topic. From the very beginning she brings you into her journey and keeps you there until the last word is read. One thing I really love about it is how relatable it is. A lot of people might think because of her celebrity or the industry she is in that her story couldn't possibly relate to theirs, but they would be wrong. I would recommend this book to everyone, whether you feel you deal with mental hardships or not, anyone can get something out of this book. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars cause that's how incredible it is. I hope it blesses others like it blessed me.
