Terrible. The fact that it took only 20 days to film–honestly, it isn't surprising. The knock off version of the original Mean Girls and a disgrace to the good name of the original film.
The main character is a cliche of the "I'm not like other girls." type of people who ride Vespas and wear leather jackets and flannel, JUST because the movie wants to emphasise that they're supposed to be edgy and cool, unlike the others. And don't even get me started on the wardrobe–ew.
There are many unrealistic scenarios, and the "mean girls" in this film are essentially spoiled brats. Like, come on. Wasn't there ANY other way to change their characters to make them even a little more realistic? And, of course, the actors and actresses. They just took Disney Channel characters and added a bit of swearing to make it more suitable for older audiences, but honestly, I think a four-year-old could watch this, and even then, they could call it a trashy movie.
Secondly, the first movie is so much more iconic, with lines that a lot of people, including myself, can remember and quote daily, such as:
"Is butter a carb?"
"Oh no, she did not!"
"I can't help it that I'm popular!"
"That is so fetch!"
And in the second movie, I can barely even remember their names. Yikes. Frankly, the second movie was never and will never be anything more than a wannabe version of the first movie.
ahem, sorry if this came off as really offensive, just voicing out my opinions, lol
