If you just want to know if this movie affects anything from endgame. It doesn't. Except for a mid credits scene that confirms that she will be appearing in endgame. Other than that, this movie doesn't really improve the MCU much at all. Only watch this movie if you really really want to see Nick Fury. Captain Marvel herself isn't that bad of a character but she isn't remotely similar to how the other avengers act.
