The movie is dubbed and the story line just wasn’t good enough. Not good enough for it to be a 2 hours movie. There wasn’t much kicks in it and Jackie Chan was in the movie like in two or three scenes and that’s it. Same as Arnold which is understandable in a way as he is not playing an important role compared to Jackie Chan. It’s like they used both Jackie Chan and Arnold as a marketing strategy to get the public to watch it.
