It sorrows me that this Clone Wars cartoon series is ORDERS of magnitude above the new films.
The intriguing look at Anakin, as a Jedi, as a light-side conduit is excellent.
Anakin's master, Obi-Wan, is served with respect &
more interestingly
Anakin's padawan, Ashoka, is a great addition to the Star Wars canon.
The series is often juvenile, but intentionally. That said. For a true Star Wars fan, this series represents both an archive of the past and the future of the franchise, and some ol' fashion entertainment.
