I LOVE the show. I would like to say that Mrs. Harris was incorrect when she implied that busing was a good thing. I lived through that era, and we, in the poorer area's wanted separate schools, but equal quality schools and access to quality teachers. Busing was not good for these neighborhoods. Many lot the feeling of knowing your neighbor.

I think MSNBC does a good job trying to obtain both sides of an issue. I understand the government employees are directly impacted by the shutdown. But, it also impacts greatly those citizens who have the least. Federal assisted housing will be drastically impacted. Some are receiving threats of eviction if rent is not received, That's veterans and citizens with disabilities. What is being done about that?
