i'm a casual AC player. my brother played syndicate and when he was done i played it because it seemed more my thing than halo etc and i fell in love. i played through both origin and odyssey and really enjoyed it. i'm not super great with the controllers and fighting so what i loved in assassins creed was the fact that i didn't need to face my enemies head on always and the fighting was easy to get a hold of. this game i hate the combat. now there is stamina which has the player (e whatever their name is) out of breath every 30s just from dodging. they rely too much on the parrying for my taste. i liked the idea of the mystery, artifact, wealth thing i thought it was a nice new detail, but i go past half the dots bc i can't see them on the map. i also struggle trying to find entrances and ways to get into the mountains where the wealth etc is. the raven does nothing to help locate the items as well. i really liked how in odyssey origin and syndicate there were the camps/hideouts of the bandits or enemy and how there you could pick up loot etc, but now there's just nothing a snowy void. in odyssey i would be in awe of how gorgeous the graphics were when syncing at the high points and just seeing greece and the graphic design. now it's just grey ice and snow. the skill tree is confusing and i feel like i'm wasting skill points. i'm not super far in but the story line has potential and seems to be decent. i'm very disappointed in this game, i was hoping it would resemble origin and odyssey but instead is a grey landscape of nothing and wandering wasting time trying to find an ore for "wealth". i seriously think if they dedicated another year+ to it to just really add to it and make it beautiful
