This film was a harrowing portrayal of drug addiction and laid bare the depths of despair felt by both father and son. Some scenes were raw, heartbreaking and deeply upsetting but others were a strong mutual loving relationship between father and son. Be prepared to be profoundly moved by the incredible performance of both main actors. How does Timothee Chalamet do it? Unbelievable acting.
