I am so happy that you took the time to give nurses a voice. In Texas the nursing profession does not have a union and any time one comes around it is blatantly squashed. Nurses are screamed at, called names, sexually harassed, given medications such as versed and asked questions without their consent, and they are scapegoats for many organizational issues. We need to talk about this- there is a huge violation on numerous levels which the safety of nurses is not a concern. Please help us change our profession- please help us have a voice. The hospitals are horrible and what they are allowing is illegal. California is far better than 99% of the country and if this doesn’t change we are not going to have descent people in our hospitals to be my nurse or your nurse when we are old and need it. Please do not stop. Please dig deeper. Please help give nurses a platform on this level and see it through for real changes for years to come.
