I watched S1 Episode 1 & part of 2 and won't be watching anymore because the owner is unethical. He arrogantly fired his female welder and allowed the recording of it without even asking why she called in. He has a huge unsafe operation that definitely calls for more than one welder. Who needs an employer like that?
