THIS MOVIE IS EPIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The very definition of an epic fantasy told through Biblical roots. I'm Jewish and this film really stood out as one of my favorite animated movies to this day. I wish there would be more movies like this, especially ones that represent Jews in a positive light. I could bore you guys all day with everything that is right about this movie but i'm just gonna stick to pros and cons. FIRST THE PROS 1. The Prince Of Egypt has stunning visual effects and a stellar and tight voice cast including Val Kilmer and Michelle Pfifer and Ralph Finnes 2. The Prince Of Egypt has amazing music from Stephen Schwartz who also wrote the songs for The Hunchback Of Notre Dame (perhaps you've heard of it?) 3. The Prince Of Egypt has amazing songs that are akin to Broadway, Yeah freaking Broadway!!!! BUT WITH EVERY MOVIE COMES THE CONS SO HERE THEY ARE 1. The Prince Of Egypt is filled with historical inaccuracies, although they mention to the viewers at the beginning that the movie is not historically inaccurate it's just sad that they have to change a lot about these events to fit a Broadway musical. 2. The Prince Of Egypt also has adult themes and ideas. Like for example, the whole Jews being kept into slavery thing. Many other scenes for me are hard to watch like when Moshe (what we Jews call in Hebrew, Moses) is drifted away from his mom in a basket.I could bore you again with all the heavy content this movie gets away with, but I'll lay it down nicely, the directors of The Prince Of Egypt purposely made this more for adults. So warning don't watch this movie with sensitive kids. 3. The Prince Of Egypt is filled with violence (like the slavery scene at the beginning of the film and the plague of Dam (Hebrew for Blood.) The movie is also stuck in the mud with another problem, an unclear demographic. At some points in the movie it seems like it's for kids but at other times it seems like adult territory. But like I said before DON"T BE FOOLED, just because the movie is animated doesn't mean it's for kids. There are a lot of triggering and traumatic sequences in this movie and it minds mature audiences. All in all it's a wonderful movie filled with great music, multi-dimensional characters, and a great story. But the reason it's seriously underrated is because of it's violence, disturbing content matter and adult subject matter. But the Prince Of Egypt can be enjoyed by adults and older kids alike whether you're Jewish or not. Just make sure your younger kids are ready for this one.

This is just an excuse to advise another LAIKA film after Missing Link failed to find audiences I found a way to get started on LAIKA's sixth stop-motion feature. NOTE THIS IS NOT A REVIEW I ALREADY DID ONE ON KUBO AND THE TWO STRINGS THIS POST IS JUST FOR A FAKE LAIKA MOVIE HOPE YOU LIKE IT AND IF YOU'RE RELATED TO SOMEONE FROM LAIKA LIKE TRAVIS KNIGHT PLEASE ADVISE IT TO THEM SO HERE IT IS. The supposed movie would be called Secret Agent Lenny it would be about a young teenage boy named Lenny who moves from his hometown of Arizona to Montana (this movie takes place in the modern day) and when he goes hiking up the Montana Rockies with his sister Julie he finds in one of the mountains a secret tunnel that leads him to a secret organization run by his dad (and Lenny doesn't find out about it till later on.) Anyway he's chosen to be a secret agent in order to take down the notorious crime boss Abraham.B.Abrams and Lenny has to team up with fellow teen agents Ashley and Jake in order to take the villain down. Plot twists and horrifying images as well as the teens holding guns and violence all ensures and it has a great moral of self-discovery. That's just the synoposis so far if it gets picked for LAIKA it will be further developed but there's one catch. They have to let me Zekey (that's my name) voice Lenny and be involved. So I hope you guys loved this fake movie what do you think about it? This is my only way of communicating with you all so speak your mind I want to know.

LOVE THE SONGS, HATE THE MOVIE. The Greatest Showman tells the tale of a man named P.T Barnum (who was a real person and the movie does not do him justice as well as being historically inaccurate but that's not the point.) Anyway to wrap the story up P.T Barnum is down in the dumps and uses lies and cheating to become famous. Like Missing Link, Hugh Jackman is now on a very weird run lately he's playing the type of character that does not have inner demons and is obsessed with being the social hub of everything and like in that movie P.T Barnum exploits his friends to get his way he is a terrible character and is not a good role model sure he learns his lesson at the end but it's still uber lame. The story is basic and so are the characters it should've been a mature movie like Les Miserables but they decided to make it for kids however if you're doing a story like P.T Barnum you have to make it mature that's all. Call me a hater but that's just my opinion on the movie what do you think?

I like the songs of Moana but the story is meh. Moana is not bad it's just a weak attempt at an original story I miss when Disney would actually make original animated movies now they depend on stupid live action reboots that nobody asked for (I mean does anyone care for Jon Faverau's The Lion King one word NOBODY.) Back to Moana it just tells the story of a young girl who tries to protect her people from a mysterious darkness and teams up with Maui and they go on a big adventure. Like I said Moana isn't bad it's just a weak story and is unappealing no wonder it didn't meet Disney's expectations. That's literally all I have to say.

I really didn't like Avengers Endgame I thought it'd be all that but it really wasn't. This is why I don't bet my money (metaphorically) on movies this particular one sucked. I'm now gonna tell you why it failed at least personally my expectations WARNING SPOILERS FOR AVENGERS ENDGAME AHEAD IF YOU HAVEN"T WATCHED IT DON"T READ THIS REVIEW OKAY DON"T SAY I DIDN"T WARN YA! So the story is basically predictable here's the rundown. After losing to Thanos during the Infinity War debacle the remaining avengers (with Captain Marvel,Nebula,Rocket, and Iron Man involved) try to defeat Thanos and they spend the first act of the movie trying to do it. This is my first hate on the movie it's super violent i mean Thor chops Thanos' head and arm off yikes. Anyway we time jump 5 years later to when the Avengers are recuperating from whatever happened that they don't even explain poor writing. Ant Man jumps into the future and has the idea to bring all the decimated (or those who died during the Snap) back to life so for the second act the avengers get back together and try to bring everyone back by collecting infinity stones of the past and fighting past versions of themselves (yeah it's complicated) and basically by the third act everyone except for Gamora and Loki are back good as new that is except for Gamora and Loki who come into the present as past versions of themselves (yeah i don't understand this either.) Anyway by the third act everyone is ready to fight past version of Thanos and his cronies and acolytes then we find out that Iron Man was making a Stark Gauntlet in order to wield the stones and he obliterates Thanos and his men once and for all. But Tony dies during the process (oh and Black Widow dies when she and Hawkeye have to get the Soul Stone and yes Hawkeye is in it) so everyone is at Tony's funeral and Captain America decides to stay in the 1940's to stay with his girlfriend Peggy Carter (on a unrelated note the movie has a lot of dirty jokes like when Iron Man compliments Cap on his butt ouch) and back to the story, Cap is now in the present as an old man and gives the title of Captain America to Falcon (correct me if I'm wrong) and basically that's how it ends. So let's go to what made me hate thanks to many leaks from last year all the "theories" that people were making were actually true and Marvel had the audacity to lie to our faces and make it seem better than it actually is. But that is to be expected. The story was predictable, I couldn't relate to any of the characters and the Russo Brothers (who directed this movie as well as Winter Soldier,Civil War, and Infinity War) are TOTAL HACKS, there it had to be said. You can call me a hater I don't care but what I'm saying is true and you can't deny it. You'd have to be a super Marvel fan or just be paid to act otherwise. All in all I hated it and I'm glad that the MCU is never trying this stunt again...

For a movie from LAIKA it's really kid-friendly that's why I hate it. I love Hugh Jackman and Zoe Saldana and the rest of the cast it can't save Missing Link from poor storytelling and lame performances. The movie was extremly boring and had bad writing. To sum it up the movie followed an adventurer named Sir Lionel Frost (voiced by Hugh Jackman) who was down on his luck and wanted to search for the Missing Link (voiced by Zach Galifianakis) and he finds him but the missing link (who calls himself Susan which is stupid and not funny) wants Sir Lionel to find his cousins the Yetis (of course why not?) Anyway Susan and Sir Lionel meet Lionel's old flame Adelina Fortnight (voiced by Zoe Saldana) and she has the map that will lead them to the Yetis. All in all the characters were not appealing and i didn't like it. I'm 14 and i don't relate to movies with adults that's all. So in the end, I miss LAIKA's old ways of telling their stories with children and teenagers as the protagonists and awesome character development. So this is not the LAIKA movie I want, hopefully their next movie will be more appealing.
