I find this show to be refreshingly adorable. The main character is a cutie patootie. The BFF is the cheerleader everyone wants in their corner. The boss is an exaggerated composite (or scarily accurate?) of the typical narcissistic oblivious young exec. And the mom is relatable to the 50+ crowd in terms of struggling to be the perfect mom, the perfect daughter, and still get shagged in the midst of juggling both identities.
