I've been rereading Julie Garwood's crown spies books, and this is definitely my go-to historical romance story. The main couple's marriage is full of love and banter, which is very comical.
Also, I would like to pinpoint that Garwood never failed with her heroines. They are feisty and defiant, and we are all living for it.
