The open house people are obviously prepped and and wear mikes . They only look for the bad of the house. After the makeover, the SAME people return to only review the changes. What needs to happen is: First group review the house. The second group should be 1/2 of the original group and the other 1/2 of NEW people. That way - The first group will rant and rave about the changes, the new people will critique blindly.
