Growing up, I really enjoyed the original Teen Titans. Consistent on action, dialogue, character development, and overall awesome, I decided to give this spin-off a try. IT WAS ATROCIOUS!!! The characters are lame, the "comedy" is not what I had expected, and the pop culture references are more stale that a slice of dry toast. Not worth the time, not worth the entertainment value. DON"T. WATCH. IT.

As a longtime Dragon Ball fan, this film made me want to forget everything about the Dragon Ball franchise. Supposedly set in the original Dragon Ball timeline, we get a different version of Akira Toriyama's successful manga/anime series. Goku worried about turning into a Great Ape at age 18? Piccolo (who looks like Lex Luthor in alien form) wanting the Dragon Balls and using the Great Ape for his twisted purposes? There is all forms of wrong in this catastrophic mess of a movie. With Goku as some average-looking high school student, Bulma as a brunette (with a teal fringe of hair), Yamcha being a Korean pop star, and Master Roshi as some forty-year-old Chinese man, this is Dragon Ball at its lowest point. No substance, poor storytelling, rushed plot, and characters that look nothing like the original cast that Toriyama fleshed out in his series. Absolutely terrible. Someone needs to regret a "movie" like DragonBall Evolution.

Perhaps one of Pixar's best masterpieces to date, this movie captivates the viewer with breathtaking visuals, a creative plot, and overall strong message.
