The trailer would have been appealing but using D list celebs isn't encouraging. Top actors could have been used. it looks like a syfy channel movie. The casting and talent would be the downfall of the movie. Just watched it and all i can say is the acting by the majority of the actors were so bad, the story line felt rushed and the portrayals of the characters were quite poor. The director tried to keep certain elements of the Mk franchise alive like the blood and gore but that's about it. The movie lacked conviction and better actors could have been selected. The movie is enjoyable but as a true Mortal Kombat fan if you are hoping for an original depiction of the game made into a movie, you would be disappointed And i just have to say this last thing The Actor that Portrayed Liu Kang not only didn't he look the part but he is also a terrible actor.🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

The show is amazing, I'm so addicted. it's a very matured animation with so many plots and twists. The trailer doesn't do justice to the series. My only regret is i need more of it, four episodes isn't enough for this masterpiece.
