Chester Hardy

A screen play adaptation of a short story, which should have remained in short story format. This is the is the primary Achilles heel of this film, the run time is 120 minutes and you will feel it after the first hour. The cinematography was beautiful. The acting was understated for most of the cast Orlando Bloom however standout as he seemed disinterested. The main character Nick is an uninteresting character with questionable decision making. Ultimately if the length of the film doesn't bother you and you can connect with the lead character then it will be an interesting watch, if not you'll feel like the last 30 - 45 minutes as extremely tedious.
