Mainly a show of partisan hacks who are deeply entrenched within establishment politics. They don’t welcome any conservative or progressive views, except when Sunny talks about her pro-life stance (which the our hosts call invalid), and when Joy and Sunny occasionally call out establishment Dems and stand up for progressive voices. Be warned however, whenever AOC or Senator Sanders, or anyone in the left-wing of the Democratic Party is brought up, Whoopi becomes enraged. Likewise, whenever an evil Republican is uttered, they better be anti-Trump or they will be treated less than human. All of the hosts lack decent understanding of any policy and Whoopi can’t help but complain about her taxes being raised. It’s quite clear that this show is made for affluent liberals who are still crying over Russia-gate, but what I can say that is somewhat positive is that these hosts do have their moments. There are light humored moments were the show’s “talent” speaks of various daily problems and joke around with one another. Joy specifically can be hilarious when she isn’t venting about the evils of Mitch McConnell, as can never Trumper Ana, and vanilla centrist Sarah. I also do enjoy when they allow opposing views to be shown, no matter how much they are shot down, because 1) they make for good tv, but 2) they showcase just how nonsensical the ladies at the view often are. When they get outside of their echo chambers and face the reality of a plurality of viewpoints, they become flustered, and it’s quite entertaining to say the least. And now that Me-again McCain has departed, we can now get more of those light hearted and/or comical moments without a flaming narcissist who thinks the world centers around her chiming in. Forget liberals being “snowflakes”, Meghan is a blizzard. A brutal one at that. Very glad that she’s gone and I’m excited to see what other drama comes out of this daytime political (yet grossly ignorant) show.
