Honestly I had a pre conceived notion about the movie from the reviews about toxic masculinity and what not but upon watching the movie, I ll have to say I enjoyed it. The story is pretty believable and a lot of us have gone through the phase that Kabir has (the trigger may or may not be the same)- anger and ego issues, taking to alcohol/drugs to deal with it etc. The way the movie unfolds is believable. Priti Sikka is definitely not a coy girl that the audiences are dismissing her to be- she left her husband and carried her lover's baby to full term. Doesn't sound so coy to me. And kabir wanting her despite him believing she is carrying someone else's baby, not toxic masculinity according to me. Don't think so much, enjoy it as it was meant to be.
