Most of characters are stereotype with no character complexity. Every main character (and even minor characters) should be a "real" person containing their perspective because of their own personal backgrounds, which might change because of the events.
Also, too much "political/social reflection" involved, and in a bad way.
It is OK to reflect current social problems, but those should be integrated within the main plot, not distracting from it in a bad way.
Please remember this is a sci-fi, not a documentary: most viewers care about things like "why 4400 were taken", "how are they changed", rather than "how they think about the current political issues".
Three episodes and still not showing any interesting plot other than the last ten minutes of the first episodes
The producer/writer should really watch how the old 4400 deals with this: Even though season 4 was not that good, the first few seasons really tells a very good sci-fi story with interesting/impressing characters.
