I was excited to hear about a Bird of Prey movie however this was not it!
This movie was about Harley Quinn not the Birds of Prey, not to mention this was in no way a female empowerment movie.
Showing Harley Quinn falling to pieces turning to drugs and alcohol because she is nothing without a man is not female empowerment.
The Birds of Prey characters were not given enough time to really develop their characters and understand who they were. As far as a mindless, colorful movie goes this is it, but if your're looking for true to comic book movie this isn't it! They did the Birds of Prey a disservice.
