Visually it’s great. Good character design and BG design. Fun show. But progresssion is problematic, too many character dialogues as a short cut to revealing plot twists.

Unlike anything I’ve seen before. Visually stunning, mind bending, keeps you on the edge of your seat.

Quite a missed opportunity there. Why give everything away in the first 5 mins? No build-up or suspense. Forgettable side characters. Too many cliches and tasteless jokes. I adore RDJ, but I wouldn't recommend this movie.

Predictable and bland. CGI and Will Smith's performance were impressive though.

I would give it a 8/10. The movie is beautiful. So breathtaking to watch, the CGI is simply incredible. That being said it lacks some heart due to the extreme photorealism, and Scar kinda loses his fabulous deviousness in the process. Timon and Pumba were amazing though and I applaud the animators on their efforts. Even it isn’t as charming as the original, it’s a brilliant movie at the end of the day.
