The game has some serious issues with the online play. This is not a game for children, as the character building, and new and better teams are locked behind the "New Hero" story mode. The gameplay in this mode is frustrating at best with poor tackle and dodge animations that at times actually lockup and break the immersion by stuttering the gameplay, coupled with a difficulty that feels unnecessary. Other than the afore mentioned issues this game is pure bliss, with mind blowing visuals and great competitive and solo play. If you are looking for a sports title that is fun and approachable than look no further. I recommend this title for players 12 years and up due to the difficulty of online multiplayer.

Great title ignore the reviews. Great multiplayer co-op. The controls are spot on and the difficulty at later levels can get intense if your a fan of River City, or TMNT then this is the beat em up for you.
