Rambo: Last Blood is a fantastic movie. I wouldn't go as far as to say it is the best of the series but taken as a part of the whole, it is a perfect finale. The dialogue is minimal, but Rambo's character continues to develop through his actions, and we learn that a lifetime of violence has marked him with deep anxiety that he spends his life trying to control by always preparing for war. He is no victim and the movie pays no attention to deep forays into his psyche. Rambo is simply a hardened protector of those whom he loves. Hollywood needs to produce more movies like this that draw a clear line between good and evil and allow us the audience to rally behind a hero and enjoy the unapologetic destruction of cruel and twisted people. Go see this movie and let us further discredit the reviewers at Rotten Tomatoes.
