A solid effort by Law and Bateman, but the script lets them and us down at times. In the era post Breaking Bad and The Bear, the writing can be tighter.
Who really shines is Troy Kotsur in his portrayal of the deaf-mute mobster Mancuso. Every scene with him is a delight to watch, and the inability to shout makes him so much more interesting.
