I have been watching the today show for years and every morning it is my ritual to watch before I leave for work. I actually DVR it so I can watch at my convenience and not miss anything. I don't need every person on the show to be my favorite and I realize these folks are not friends that I do life with, but I do allow them into my home everyday. When it's possible, I listen on SiriusXM in the car. So, today when my husband and i watched Savannah's "interview" with Huckabee Sanders, we were so turned off and angry at they way she handled her side of things. This has zero to do with political parties, @POtus or whatever group one might try to lump me into but her behavior was uncalled for and disappointing to say the least. She held onto one point like a junk yard dog to a shoestring when they cant get to the whole leg. Isnt the purpose of the media to share the news in an unbiased forum in a manner that keeps us coming back for more and boosting the network ratings? Isnt it a feather in NBC's cap to get a live interview with the Press Secretary on Monday morning after the report they have speculated on for months and monthsxwas finally released? Why would you treat a "guest" that way? Is this how we want little girls to behave as children or grown women in their big girl "pants" Savannah writes about? I have felt like she has done this type of thing before when it's clear she doesnt agree with or maybe even like the guest, but today was over the top egregious. I have to wonder if she went so far out of bounds to be touted as a industry badass or if she so desperately needs the attention? Please address this behavior, I really dont want to find another ritual...and while I'm at it, since I have never left a comment or review for a TV show, I sure do miss Tamron. Thanks
