I was nervous about the King and Queen's visit being too forced a plot line, however my fears were quickly allayed.
The movie doesn't skip a beat from the series finale, with almost all of the same characters upto their usual intrigue.
My favourite, the Dowager Countess, is fantastic and brings along her usual cornucopia of quotable quotes.
Whether you have been watching since season 1, or are new to Downton Abbey, this movie does not disappoint.
