Coming from a person who loves the fallout games and loves skyrim (usually plays this sort of game genre):
Outer worlds has a lot of similarities to Fallout New Vegas, as a lot of you may know. If you played New Vegas and more importantly liked it, then you will more than likely also like this game.
The combat in this game is surprisingly really fun and interesting. There are not only people but also interesting and unique animals to fight, with some being vulnerable to different types of attacks.
Exploring the world is also a great part of the game. Each planet is unique and really cool to explore and see all the wildlife home to the planet.
For me, the dialogue is a little boring and drags on some times, however if you are someone who likes a good story, then this is for you.
Finally, the questing in this game takes you through all parts of the world (main quest) but the side quests sometimes would be not interesting at all and sometimes I would forget how I even got it in the first place.
Overall, this is a very good open world rog game that was exactly what I expected, however the dialogue can be a bit much (however there are a lot of choices and skill checks which is great and I love that) and some quests seem kid of pointless and can be a little boring for some. However everyone is different and like different things, and lengthy dialogue and lots of side quests are defenitly things people may enjoy
