The House on the Cerulean Sea is the first TJ Klune book I have ever read. And the first gay book I've ever read(I was looking for one). I caught it because the image and the description but mostly because the part about the children. I loved this so much it was so heartwarming and loving and inspiring. Also my all-time favorite book EVER! I loved it! Linus Baker, Arthur Parnassus, Lily White, and ALL the children you'll fall in love with! And you wont be able to put the book down. Seriously! I couldn't! This puts Harry Potter magic to shame I barely read 3 books in that series and was so bored by it. Then here comes Linus, Arthur, the children and their whole made up world that feels so real. Tearing my heart apart and putting it back together with a piece missing because Theodore added it to his hoard. A piece of my heart will always be with this book. Always

this book was amazing but I found that adding so much politics dampened it a bit. I found it a bit hard to follow a some times but it pushed through. The first book is to DIE for! I loved this was just a bit disappointed, just a bit, with this one. I hate that the politics was included so much and not enough about them. but I adored it anyway! I loved it!
