Before starting my review, I must mention the idiotic male losers leaving 1-star rant reviews under this google entry. Of course, the most hateful and annoying sector of the Star Wars fanbase is the most vocal. If you came here for a genuine review, Ignore the obvious misogynistic "female protagonist" comments. Those idiots have been ready to hate, a lot of the "they tell us her back story instead of showing it" rants are pointless bc only 2 eps have been released by the time of writing this review and the creators of the series mentioned hella flashbacks will be shown as we go through the season. The Acolyte is GOOD, a solid sci-fi thriller series, set in the amazing space of Star Wars. The mystery is captivating and the performances given by the cast are set but to be more involved the performance by Amandla (playing twin sisters) is soooo exciting and intense to watch. The beginning of the Mystery is somewhat basic, but as the story unfolds, you realize there are layers beyond the "I didn't do it" tropes. Highly recommend. Graphics are also STELLAR, Disney put up the BUDGET. I highly recommend giving this series a try. Even tho it's familiar, the subversions taking place within the story keep you on your toes.

Spacy, timey, whimey GOODNESS There are a lot of conservatives who are review-bombing Doctor Who at this moment in time due to their incompetence. If you enjoy family-filled Sci-Fi adventures with a duo filled with infectious energy, give it a watch! That new Disney budget is very niceeee
