Ugh, as a Rice fan for the last 30 years I have read them all and I mean them ALL. Mayfair is 2nd to the Vampire Chronicles in my book, but very close. I was extremely disappointed in this adaptation. I understand people who have never read the books will like it. But why try and adapt a book and not do it any justice. So sad.
