I'm fairly certain I've not previously seen such a pile of - well, whatever that was, as it defies categorisation. I do suspect that I'd have understood it better back in the 1970s as long as I'd had my (then) usual fix of mind altering drugs. But alas, blood thinners and painkillers don't quite do the job.
