Welp someone is going to get pissed off reading this... I understand that this movie won an Oscar award. But I'm going to be honest.... I didn't like it.... I think first of all it was pretty boring and not to mention I was very puzzled on how the animals communicated to each other. Why did they not add any dialogue? Not to mention I wanted very badly to cry throughout watching this movie because it was very depressing and devastating watching what that poor cat had to go through. Losing it's home because of the tsunami weather, suffering in the poring rain lost, nearly drowning getting saved by a whale and bird. I couldn't take it. And not only that the bird got harassed and eventually die. The other animals too looked like they suffered. Yeah the ending wasn't really bad but it was just very confusing and sad. There were some good parts like, they became friends afterwards and rescued each other but that's really it. The reason i didn't give this a 1 is because at the end of the day its just a movie and not a real life true story but still I hate being negative on this movie but I just found it boring watching half an hour of animals just figuring out how to get along with each other. Not only that but what was the goal? Were they trying to find a home? Were they finding their old home? It kinda just randomly ended with the friends just in the middle of nowhere.
