Slow burn drama quietly but subtly but nicely done. A reminder about the difference between perception and "reality" of the past and present, and the often self-delusional stories we tell ourselves about ourselves. A bit of a look at an obsessive pursuit of the unknown, too. Jim Broadbent and Harriet Walter are solid as always and Charlotte Rampling as usual evokes sadness and pathos. I look forward to watching this movie again some day and seeing things I missed the first time around.
