Finally a movie made like the way movies used to be made. Right pacing, cinematography, music, story, acting, costumes, all excellent. Right balance of heavy emotion with humor. Really unique and beautiful film. It is long but it didn't feel long. Everything seemed intentional. Some shots were just so good. Some plot devices just worked so well. I usually hate new movies but this one really was a great surprise.

I finally got around to watching this. Definitely don't recommend. This movie makes no sense. So many unrealistic moments. Long buildup before it gets to anything and the plot is really predictable so it wasn't suspenseful, no reason to drag it out. The characters are very hateable. Really bad acting and reactions. I was looking forward to them dying. The writers were trying to set up possible killers but it made no sense for those people to be the killer. Also some parts were like were they imagining it or was it the guy obsessed with them. Also the killer was kind of justified in wanting to kill them, right? The ending setting it up with the cut off hand was so obvious. Very painful to watch.
