After #KaiPoChe and #RockOn, director #AbhishekKapoor gets it right yet again with #ChandigarhKareAashiqui… He handles the subject on hand with utmost sensitivity… There are minor hiccups [second half], but the drama, conflict and culmination deserve brownie points.
