It's my first time writing a review, but I had to cos there are way too many 5-stars up there and the reviews are probably sponsored. The show is riddled with fillers and time-wasting, a few seconds here and a few minutes there. At times 2-5 mins is spent showing someone walking down the hall or trying to drive out or doing irrelevant things that don't add to the story. I watch mostly on 2x and it was still slow. S2 E1, 20 secs spent in between dialogue just to show bland faces in the room. The suspense is rubbish and unnecessary. You are ruining the severance idea. I prefer the whole concept as a long episode on Black Mirror. It would have been more captivating, entertaining, and engaging. All the basic questions are left unanswered, new questions unfolding are ignored, we are just meant to keep watching time-wasting disguised as suspense. It's 4/10 for me. Updated: I am usually unable to stop a movie or series till I've completed it no matter how crappy. This severance ride hasn't been easy. Episode 7 of 2nd season was boring and slow on another level. Thankfully, there's only 3 more episodes to go. ACTUALLY, after reading more reviews, I have to stop watrching now... I can't stare at people walking down hallwys for another near 3 hours, just to end at some dump cliffhanger leading to a 3rd season. Now it's 1.8/10, For not rating our time and for all the false and ake reviewers.
