I purchased a product from Flipkart, but I am very disappointed with both the product and the service. The material has a strong burning smell when used. I contacted customer service several times, but my complaints were automatically closed without proper resolution.
On my fourth complaint, a service person visited but simply said that a burning smell is โnormalโ for a new device, and again the case was closed without solving the issue. I was given a service managerโs number, but even the manager is not responding.
Flipkart is not taking responsibility and is only directing me to the brandโs (Butterfly) customer service, which is also unhelpful. This is very frustrating and unacceptable service.
