For a horror game it could be better but it could be a lot worse. You get to make difficult choices in the game after collecting clues and trying to piece together what happened. The enemies aren't scary, but the atmosphere is unsettling and some of the events got my hair standing on end. Overall a pretty cool game with some replay value to make different choices for different outcomes. I do suggest taking a close look at your surroundings and making a mental map of the environments. When enemies spot you its hard to outrun them if you don't have a clue about where to run or hide.
