Season 1 was amazingly excellent, Season 2 started off well and went downhill quickly. Season 3 was frustratingly bad. As a fan of the books and games, I don’t think I will be watching Seasons 4 or 5 at this rate, especially with Henry Cavill outed for being a lore purist clashing with revisionist writers and a director who disdained his reverence for the source material.

There are about 200 things I could go into about how horrible this movie was, but I’m too exhausted by this point. The amount of plot holes, aborted story arcs, contrived coincidences, and other nonsense take this to a new level. It took an incredible amount of skill to ruin a franchise this amazing. Luckily, there are the Star Wars Stories.
