On this Veteran's Day, I was very pleased with this movie. Thanks to the Greatest Generation! We mostly hear about the European Theater of WWII and not the war in the Pacific. I only wish my father (a Marine in the China Burma India Theater) and my Father-in-Law (USS Sawfish SS-276 sub commander) were alive to see this movie. It really makes you thankful for the sacrifices that were made in the Pacific to accomplish our success in helping to end WWII. Concerning the movie - too many others have said what I agree with. Go see Midway and ignore the professional critics reviews.
