Terminator dark fate has enjoyable if not predictable performances and is visually engaging. Is it Shakespeare of course not, it is however, old destruction made new through CGI. Perhaps the greatest asset to this film is that it helps get the terrible taste of the last three Terminator entries out of the mouth once and for all! Genesis, Salvation, and Rise of the Machines essentially put the Terminator franchise into such a convoluted mess nothing short of a visit from Doctor Who could fix it. Even though that proved not to be the case with the addition of Matt Smith in Genesis.
All in all, it is a pretty enjoyable film and fun way to spend just over two hours.
