wish there were more films like this. Mixing action with character drama so perfectly is something not everyone can do. Naa Peru Surya, Naa Illu India felt relatable at times, because the protagonist wants to achieve a dream and it's only his anger issues that stand in between: something a lot of us have probably experienced at some point in our lives. Allu Arjun shines in the fight scenes and songs as usual, but it was also pleasantly surprising to see him deliver some heartwarming and emotional dialogues with such finesse. In short, the film is a perfect mixture of mass and class elements. The fight sequences in the film are totally first-rate. The level of brutality and intensity is pretty high, and it gels perfectly with AA's character. In addition to that, giving a proper, emotionally resonant behind every action sequence is what makes them even more enjoyable. Songs are lively and well played. Almost every character adds something special, including Arjun, who nails the role of an estranged father with near-perfect, controlled expressions. By the time the climax arrives, you realize it's one of the best AA movies to date; it entertains, but also delivers very, very relevant messages about passion, patriotism, anger and strong willpower. Dialogues are so hard-hitting you might actually end up shedding a tear or two. All in all, a high-voltage action drama that's just so good it breaks my heart to see it wasn't that big of a commercial success, especially when it had all kinds of elements to cater to a universal audience. Nevertheless, I'd recommend this film to everyone. Seeing raw action combined with raw emotions is not something that happens everyday

Finally watched this movie today on "Dhinchak" in Hindi (official dub). I knew about this movie but I was waiting for this movie to dub, it really took 2 years for Hindi dubbing. The reason we all know because of its Bollywood remake called "Shehzada" happening! After watching this movie I really think that Kartik Aryan can't fill the shoes of Allu Arjun. I am not ridiculing him, he is good actor and proved himself more than one occasion, he will fulfill the romantic drama roles but he's not suitable to do the action and that's no one gonna buy, specially those who have watched this movie! Put this matter aside now I'm gonna talk about this movie, On 31 December 2018, coinciding with New Year's Eve, the project was officially announced, thus marking the third collaboration of Trivikram and Arjun after Julayi (2012) and S/O Satyamurthy (2015). Kiara Advani was first choice of the makers to play the role of "Amulya" but she was replaced by Pooja Hegde. And There was a talk of keeping our beloved Nana Patekar as the villain of this film, but it could not happen. And finally got this character Samuthirakani. S. Thaman composed the soundtrack album and background score for the film, in his third collaboration with Allu Arjun, after Race Gurram (aka Lucky the Racer) (2014) and Sarrainodu (2016). It became the first Indian feature film soundtrack to have more than 1 billion-views on YouTube. The song ♪Butta Bomma♪ went on to become the most viewed Telugu song on YouTube with more than 500 million views as of January 2021. This film was premiered at IMAX Melbourne, one of the largest cinema theatres in the world. It was also released on 11 January 2020, in the United States, a day before its official release in India. The film registered the highest opening collections of $607,000 during its premiere shows in USA on 11 January, and $607,000 on the first day of its release. The film crossed the $1 million mark in US, on the second day. Within six days, the film entered the $2 million mark in USA, thus becoming the first Indian film in 2020 to do so. It collected $3,513,450 in the overall US box office, thus becoming one of the highest grossing Telugu film in the country. At New Zealand, the film also collected $34,625 in the opening day, surpassing Baahubali 2: The Conclusion. This movie has grossed 200.6 crore at Domestic Box Office. Talking about acting, Allu Arjun was completely engrossed in his character "Bantu"and with him Murli Sharma also played his character "Valmiki" very well. Both these actors are the life of this film. Pooja Hegde also did a great job, she looked very beautiful. Sachin Khedekar and Jairam have also done a great job. Tabu's role was quite small but she has done full justice to it. The songs of the film are very good, especially ♪Butta Bomma♪ . This movie is very good, you can enjoy it by sitting with your family. The special thing about this film is that this film does not let you get bored anywhere. Every moment of this film is worth watching. The climax that you expect while watching the movie is the same but in a different way which makes you laugh a lot and at the same time makes you emotional.
